Spacious property, needs an update and carpets cleaned due to smell. Manager/warden is supposed to be on site in the day. I visit frequently and never seems to be there
The current scheme manager Sam has a disgraceful attitude and has had vulnerable elderly ladies in tears with the way she has spoken to them like dirt. She is temperamentally unfit to hold her position.
