I used Dante and Anchor Mortgage and was extremely pleased with his communication, responsiveness and his skillful ability to close a complex deal. I would strongly caution anyone considering this lender for a time-sensitive real estate transaction. During a time where user reviews can transparently help future clients make better decisions, it’s important to describe when a service is exceptionally bad or good. The buyer’s lender (Anchor Mortgage) had ample time to properly approve the loan and be ready to close, yet mistakes with the appraisal required the loan to be resubmitted to underwriting, causing significant delays.
