I can't say enough about the service and guidance we recieved from Dante Campanelli and Anchor Mortgage. My wife Linda and I sold our Florida home to move closer to family in SC. We were told we need to sell our FL home first before making offers because we had an outstandinge mortgage and sellers most likley won't take our offer.
