Shocking service, move back to Paisley and told by reception staff that I am not allowed to register as they are full? Yet other mefical practices plus an MP has stated that you cannot leave someone without a GP, I have sourced a GP elsewhere, put into the system all your days... this practice I was registered with since birth from incle st, moved back and told they are full. Shambles!!!
I was with Anchor Mill for 2.5 years and found them to be helpful, efficient and caring. I was seen by Drs Brydie, Wallace and Cassidy and they were all brilliant. As with all NHS practices, it's always busy so it was sometimes tricky to get an appointment but this is no different to any GP I've been at. Thanks all!
All the staff is so nice kind and polite, and so helpful and respectful,i live in Paisley for 19 months and they take care of me even they give me emergency appointment on 1 call, I moved to Glasgow 3 months ago and i really miss you guys, the gp im going now they have no respect for patients i dont know its because pf recism or anything else, even i call them for my newborn at 11 o clock they said its too late you need to call early, i dont know whats wrong with them , but for that reason I miss you alot, even they didn’t c... read more
Just recently trying to get an appointment with a doctor or nurse of your choice is like hens teeth and no patient should have to tell a receptionist or admin worker of why they are calling and or why they need to see a GP or Nurse that is between the doctor or nurse and the patient nothing to do with receptionist it’s a breach of confidentiality doctors and nurses should NOT be expecting patients to tell a non medical person such as a receptionist why they need to be seen that is just not on and totally unacceptable.
