The only reason I can think of why Anchor medical went under is that they were too greedy. They wanted more money from individuals in Blue Cross and every other insurance company. I was with the medical when they first started and come June 30th of 25 they just threw me under the bus and said see you later.

I went for my last doctor visit at Achor because I'm moving to new Hampshire. I take Ozempic for diabetes that was prescribed by this office. I told my doctor that I usually get a ninety day supply and they only gave me a 30 day supply. He started belittling about the thousands of dollars it was costing the insurance company and should be thanking them. I thought the patient came first not the insurance company. Oh and by way who pays your salary. Hey Rex get your priorities straight.

I have been going to Anchor Medical for over 7 years and see Laura Runyan, PA, as my PCP. The practice is well organized, consistent and very helpful/supportive. I navigated some health issues over the holidays and felt that the Lincoln team was very responsive and thorough with my care. As for Laura, I’ve never enjoyed going to a medical professional more than I have with her! I wish Dr. Cohen would come back, but I believe Dr. Allister may be a good replacement.
