I brought my wifes 2001 Polaris 1200 Pro jetski in for service. Most places would not even take it in. They manages to not only find parts that are unavailable but then identified a few other issues that we fixed while it was in. I can't say there were no set backs in this process, but they handled it like the pros they are. I travel anh our or more from Angola, NY to have them do my service. They are by far the best in WNY!
I would recommend Anchor Marine for any and all boating needs! Shawn Conshafter went above and beyond for myself and my husband. We bought a brand new boat from Shawn I had it for over 10 days and I hated the boat once I was out on it. There was nothing wrong with the boat other than it was too small. I contacted Shawn the manager and told him how much I hated it. He pulled off the impossible after 2 weeks of having the boat was able to pull a lot of strings and took the boat back brand new and got me into another new boat I... read more
