Ended up having a less than pleasant experience with the service department due to a misunderstanding. Received a call from the general manager, Michelle, who promptly apologized and went above and beyond to correct the mistake. Have been a longtime customer of Anchor and was happy to see the action that upper management took to rectify the situation.
HORRIBLE service department DO NO USE THEM. Dropped off my ski to have them DIAGNOSE an issue I was having, get an invoice one day later for $225 to replace $17 worth of spark plugs. They never asked me if I was okay to proceed with service they just did it without my consent. Go to pick up my jet ski one day later and have my cover half fly off on the thruway. Staff is very helpful . Helped us get a Lund boat petastool for a seat . To increase seats on boat. No pressure sales.
Had a great experience working with Shawn at Anchor Marine in purchasing my 31ft rinker express cruiser. From our initial discussions in March through final delivery here in West Michigan this week, Shawn was very knowledgeable in answering my questions and very responsive which doesn't always happen when working with boat brokers.
