Awful. I live out of the country and came home to a notice that they have sent me to collections. They didn't call or email, zero notices from the payment system. Just a piece of paper mail. Terrible.
Asked about snow removal, got excuses instead. That's not what a homeowner should be getting for his or her money.
Zero customer service, you have to go all the way to Carson City just to get a simple answer and they are super condescending rude and obnoxious
