Casey was so awesome,great customer service. She was very professional made everything so convenient
I went in the Kinston office to check rates for homeowners insurance. Casey offered to assist me and in little time she had a quote that was much cheaper than my current policy with better coverage! I was very pleased with the service I received. Thanks Casey!
I contacted this office today to get a quote for insurance and Lucia placed me on hold then came back and said “do mind holding, well idk” and placed me on hold again. She then returned to the phone and stated, “do you want to hold or give your number”. It seemed very off putting and unprofessional. I am leary about contacting this company again in Kinston for assistance.
I have had insurance here for many years but for the past year for some reason Mrs. Lisa is the only person in there that knows how or that can do anything other than take a payment so if your getting a new policy adding or taking a vehicle off your existing policy you have to wait for that one person to attend you while the other workers just play their phones it's ridiculous..
