I ordered and paid $11,000 (50%) for my impact windows and doors on January 9, 2017. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks for install. It has now been 12 weeks and I am still waiting. I was told after 10 weeks that it would be another 4-6 weeks. Also, I have yet to hear back from my salesman (and owner of the company?), Mike Betancourt. I've emailed Mike and left him a voicemail about my dissatisfaction, but he has been unresponsive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They messed up the measurements on my windows, so when they finally came to install, they could not even complete the job. I took time off of work for the installation, only to have them show up late, unload everything into my house and then discover the windows were all the wrong size. From the time I ordered it took 7 months.
