Good service and fast response. Every time I emailed they answered promptly with all the answers I needed. Also any problems I had with the lender they were the perfect middle man to handle it quick and correctly. This was by far the easiest experience I have had with a mortgage loan or refinance.
Tony Coehlo was my mortgage manager and did a great job walking me through the process, explaining my options and helping understand the items on the disclosure statement. Solid go-to contact to push the process along. Jessica lead me thru the application process and I always got a quick response when I had question. Tony and Jessica made a great time. Anchor home mortgage was great in assisting us in getting the lowest interest rate loan on the market. When we saw their ad we pursued a new mortgage even though we were only three weeks from closing. Sean and Derek at anchor helped us get approved in two weeks. They were very responsive and diligent in pursuing this and in helping to answer all of the underwriting questions from the lender. I highly recommend anchor to help you find the best rate out there.
