This company definitely gives off scammy vibes. I felt like I was being played for a fool. Ridiculously overpriced and technicians that can’t do what they’re sent to do which is to diagnose the issue. I don’t know if it’s bc I’m a single girl but Shannon talked my ear off for an hour about everything but my AC unit and then the “comfort advisor” Kevin quoted me 8k when I’m being given consistent quotes of 5k. Nice try.
