Incredible Customer Service from Anchor Hocking! I wanted to give a huge public shout-out to Anchor Hocking. A couple of years ago, the plastic lids on my 10+ year old glass bowls finally started to split. I reached out to customer service just to ask if I could buy replacements. Instead of charging me, they sent me 2 of the newer style lids for each bowl completely free of charge! I’ve been using this glassware for over a decade and this experience made me a customer for life. Highly recommend!
I purchased a set of storage containers and now the lids on all but one have cracked. I had always purchased Pyrex, but wanted to support companies where they made their products in the US> Then I discover that I am supposed to pay for their defective products? If they can't replace their defective products at no cost to the customer, because I was never advised that they may crack and need replacement, then it's back to Pyrex for me. Trash. Drove all the way out here and this place isn’t close. Turned me away for being a few minutes late. Screw this place.
