My appointment was for next day. Luckily I live close so I went home and they eat me drop my trailer and call me whenever it’s ready to get picked up. But they called me after couple of hours after I went home that it’s ready to pick up. Looks like it’s a hit or miss
Great experience my appointment was 10 at morning check in almost 12 hours early was loaded in 40 minutes great staff and they got overnight parking also
Security kind of unfriendly. 2.5 HR load. Late also
Waste time came 11:00 am I’m still here 7:27 pm I don’t know i did double check if my trailer finished not yet I recommend you not to come here for pick up live load other wise
I had a great experience here. Arrived at 0645 for a 1200 appointment. Check in with guard was pleasant and easy. Slide tandems back and open doors before going through gate - I did this in the driveway leading to guard shack. Told to park in staging area and wait for call. Got a dock at 0715 - backing in a bit tricky due to inside docks and bright sun outside, but no rush so I just got out and looked a bunch of times. Dropped trailer, bobtailed to staging area.
