I had a great experience here. Arrived at 0645 for a 1200 appointment. Check in with guard was pleasant and easy. Slide tandems back and open doors before going through gate - I did this in the driveway leading to guard shack. Told to park in staging area and wait for call. Got a dock at 0715 - backing in a bit tricky due to inside docks and bright sun outside, but no rush so I just got out and looked a bunch of times. Dropped trailer, bobtailed to staging area. I advise you not to come here, it didn't finish loading in 10 hours
Staff was iffy, I got ignored and their rules are very stringent. We should be allowed to back in with our tandems slid to the front and just refuse to load us if they aren't back. The whole experience was overkill. Was early for my appointment but I feel they took their time on purpose and I was there for six hours with no restroom.
