I had the experience of working with Anchor HVAC and definitely recommend them. The technicians were efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly and got everything working in no time. A special shoutout to Natalie in dispatch. Her customer service was the best! She was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our scheduling needs. Natalie kept us informed every step of the way. It made the entire process smooth and free of stress.

Terrific experience and service for over a decade with Anchor. The main house heater went out on Monday. That evening they were able to come assess, and within 48 hours had the replacement board needed + installed.

Best people in the air conditioning business. Period. It is 103 degrees outside right now, and 74 degrees inside my house in Diablo Valley. I had no idea it was possible for my house to be this comfortable in a heatwave. I genuinely thought I had to move. Eric and Jonny are artists. They stayed at my house after the installation until the system was dialed in perfectly. Each room in my house is the exact same temperature. Accept no substitutes. If you need cooling, get Anchor.

I had an excellent experience with Anchor! In the midst of a heat wave here in Walnut Creek my air conditioning stopped working entirely. I left multiple requests for service at various companies. All were swamped with requests. But Anchor reached out with an appointment due to a cancellation. Jonny came and spent time carefully and completely analyzing the problem and finding that I needed my blower motor replaced.
