Anchor did the work well but dropped off the face of the earth when it came to getting the HERs certificate, which is part of the contract. Can't close permits without it. Very disappointed.
Eric is knowledgeable and very competent. They did an excellent job installing our heater and added an air conditioner. Anchor gave me a three-ring binder to keep all of our warranty information in.
They were great did a lot of work for me, but they’ve got out of business. They won’t return your calls or emails because they’ve gone out of business.

She was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our scheduling needs. Natalie kept us informed every step of the way. It made the entire process smooth and free of stress.
