Update: I think Anchor is out of business. Can no longer get Eric on the phone. Such a loss. Was 5 *. Original: Eric is knowledgeable and very competent. They did an excellent job installing our heater and added an air conditioner. Anchor gave me a three-ring binder to keep all of our warranty information in.
