I’ve seen firsthand how dedicated front desk staff, care managers and nurses are to assisting patients in need. While our healthcare system can be EXTREMELY frustrating, their team truly cares and works hard to provide support. If you’ve had a tough experience, I’d encourage you to check in again; the staff are always doing their best to help and improve patient care. Bureaucracy gets the best of all of us at times.

Just when you thought behavioral health services couldn’t get worse in this county, along comes anchor health. I self-referred and went through an hour-long intake interview FOR NO APPARENT REASON. After sharing personal, traumatic information in hopes of being paired with an appropriate counselor, AH completely dropped the ball. Weeks passed with no follow-through and no communication.
