Anchor health is a wonderful place to receive primary care. As a queer person. I have always felt the care to be sensitive and excellent. Better care than I recall receiving anywhere previously. I recommend this practice highly and without reservations.

Having to call Anchor multiple times regarding case management before I was taken seriously and finally assigned a case manager, being told that my medication was sent to an outside pharmacy multiple times before having the police called on me for repeatedly checking said outside pharmacy for meds while no meds were ever sent there. Generally speaking having to always follow up with Anchor more than 3 or 4 times before getting anywhere with things that should be basic requests for a primary care clinic. Anchor Health in Hamden has the best medical providers; they are all very professional and friendly. The offices always look clean and inviting. Highly recommended!
