an absolutely wonderful experience. lovely and helpful people who treat you with respect, and make you feel like accepted and welcomed. cannot recommend highly enough for anyone seeking lgbtq healthcare, especially transitioning care. sharon is such a darling, the staff is helpful and kind, and the stress of a doctors appointment melts away with the knowledgeable and capable nursing staff!
This is my FAVORITE doctors office, they respect me, they care, and they're also quick with their care too :3 I go an hour out of my way specifically to go to this office, and it's definitely worth it for me
Very disappointed! My first two appointments were not great. The provider didnt seem very invested or welcoming. I thought I'd wait to change until I got through a couple of medical issues. However, then she sent a wrong prescription to their pharmacy and they charged me for it! They refused to refund. The manager was very rude, acting like i was being unreasonable. I told her i met my out of pocket network and my prescriptions are covered. I asked to either get refund OR to have it credited to my account so they could keep ... read more
