Training class was canceled twice, once only a hour before the training was supposed to start when I was already on my way. Their office is very small. They texted me a date for orientation I showed up 15 mins early just for them to tell me and 20 other ppl that the orientation is too full so we have to wait another 2 weeks for the next orientation. I’ve been with Anchor Health Home Care for five months and never received my PCA certification. They cap you at 40 hours weekly , don’t compensate if you go over, and you can’t make up missed time. Since they hold your certificate, you can’t even switch agencies. Coordinators are so rude, especially Kristina. They are unhelpful and offer little support with client issues. Overall, not a good company to work for.
Unprofessional I wasted my time starting my hiring process only for the supervisor Ashley who I originally started the hiring process with. She never return my calls or emails. I will call the agency and asked to be transferred to her she would hang up the phone. She wouldn’t call back if I leave a message with an employee to reach out to me. I wish i could give this awful company no stars at all! They are a lazy excuse of healthcare. The patients hate them. I worked with them 8 months and every single month they messed up my check then they get nasty with you for their mistakes. Dominique and Kristina are two are the most rotten coordinators there are in the agency. They honestly should not even be operating as a business anymore .
