I’ve been going to Sean for my prenatal massage therapy appointments for a few weeks now. When I first started I was seeking treatment for back pain. I can happily say at just over 7 months pregnant I no longer have constant back pain and was able to heave a regular relaxation massage the last time I went, it was fantastic. 5 stars and I will be back for sure!

I’m disappointed with how this clinic handles its cancellation policy. I had to cancel an appointment late due to an unexpected situation, and I was charged a 50% fee — even though I was never informed of any cancellation policy when booking. I requested a copy of the official cancellation policy to understand the basis of the fee, but the clinic did not provide it. Charging patients without clear prior notice is frustrating and unfair.
