This complex has a terrible atmosphere. Irrational regulations. For example no Christmas Trees allowed, no book racks at ends of corridors. The car Park is totally inadequate and is a nightmare to park. I have had arguments about reserved places. It reminds me of what an open prison would be like. The corridors smell horrible similar to stale urine!
