I wouldn’t rent from this group even if I had to live under a bridge. The district manager only cares about the money coming in and doesn’t want to fix anything or keep things updated. If they do fix something they want to charge you for the problem. They say that they have rules but they don’t enforce them. There were dog poop in the hallways and dogs weren’t allowed in the community room but many people still took their dogs in there. Don’t miss it at all.
At the time I needed a place to live for a situation I was dealing with. I received the help I needed and got a safe place to live.
They were great to me in the beginning of course. I was okay for years, nobody said I had any time limits now. So as time goes by, they move awful tenants in above me. I complained all the time and most of the time it was resolved but then they got a new property manager and then she just said that I had to work it out with my neighbor when my neighbor's daughters were flattening my tires in the middle of the night and making all types of noise upstairs etc and every time I call the police they would say that's just the perk... read more
