I was there yesterday. Got there 7am for a 9am appointment. 730 I was on the dock. 915am out. Very nice people.

Less than one star. 12 hours to download seems a bit much to me. Avoid this company.
If you can cancel the load take this as a sign to cancel. Arrived at 16:30 for a PU window that ended at 19:00. Didn’t get loaded until 1:14 am. Complete waste of time
If you believe the bad reviews then I was lucky because I checked in at 8am and I was out the door one hour later. If you are delivering glass, you will want to use the south entrance on Huron.(second entrance if you use 12th St to get to Huron)
