Anchor installed a white vinyl fence six years ago, unfortunately it was backed into by a car breaking the corner post and panel contacted anchor - I'll be out on Friday, Monday (no show) called again on Tuesday morning no call back. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDANCHOR FENCE AT ALL. If you can't show up just give a call to cancel, if you don't want to fix it just tell me so I can move on to the next company. Which I did they are coming out to look at it.
Anchor Fence installed my fence via Lowe's. Had to make a warranty claim ~6 months later due to improper installation of the gate. Trying to get this figured out was a nightmare. Once the work order between Anchor Fence & Lowes eventually resolved (the two companies went back and forth forever, leaving me to try to mediate between the two) they showed up and did half the job, said they would be back, then never came back.
