Just got off the phone with the receptionist and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was not interested in rescheduling an appointment and said she would tell Dr. Wu that I wasn’t interested in speaking with him. Unbelievable that this person still works in this office, especially after seeing so many similar complaints.
Unhelpful, unprofessional and frankly rude reception service. No complaints about any of the doctors, I have only had good experiences. Maybe consider an online booking system? AI would be more pleasant to deal with.
Extremely rude staff. Not impressed with Kim at this clinic. Not like anyone gets a choice with medical services either. The doctor is pleasant but her helpers are not!
The front desk lady constantly refuses to make appointments even tho it's something important and she is super rude I have never been more frustrated with trying to get help from my health CPSBC complaint form if you need to make a complaint
Not a complaint about the doctors but their receptionists are rude and make booking appointments very uncomfortable.
