The doctors at this clinic are the only reason I still come here. The front desk staff are consistently rude and unprofessional. Calling the office is a frustrating experience every time. I’m often cut off while speaking or talked to in a condescending tone. What’s even more concerning is what I’ve witnessed while sitting in the waiting room. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience needs to be addressed. The front desk receptionist is consistently rude and dismissive over the phone. The tone is impatient and unprofessional, which makes patients feel uncomfortable simply trying to book an appointment or ask a question. A medical clinic should be a place where patients feel respected, not discouraged from calling. After reading other reviews, it seems I am not the only one who has had this experience. Horrible reception, very rude and condescending , truly awful I hope you are in severe pain some day and get hung up on
I have been a patient of Anchor medicine for 25+ years. Each and every experience has been outstanding from the welcome reception area, to the nurses to the doctors. Dr.Beerman,(now retired) Dr. Falwell, Dr. Croft and Dr. Nixon are exemplary docs. The reception team and nursing team are equally exemplary. We all know how difficult it is to navigate our Vancouver Island health care system but this Anchor Medicine Team shines bright!
