I have been a patient of Anchor medicine for 25+ years. Each and every experience has been outstanding from the welcome reception area, to the nurses to the doctors. Dr.Beerman,(now retired) Dr. Falwell, Dr. Croft and Dr. Nixon are exemplary docs. The reception team and nursing team are equally exemplary. We all know how difficult it is to navigate our Vancouver Island health care system but this Anchor Medicine Team shines bright!
Doctors are absolutely amazing here only reason I stay. My rating is for the front desk. They are always unbelievably rude and the older ladies act like they hate their jobs. Maybe it's time for most of them to retire or look for something else, clearly they are miserable and hate working with the public.... They make that very very obvious. Been a patient there for 20 years. No problems with the front desk staff at all. They are normal front desk staff, and knowing what they are up against on the daily, I make myself clear when I call them. I’ve called many times and asked for emergency appointments, advice trying to figure out things in utter confusion and they help me thoroughly. Thanks to them and the doctors for hard work over the years.
Receptionist was a little rude and abrupt, she couldn't wait to get off the phone.
