Even though they had never worked with us before, they came out the same day to fix our AC problem. The technician from Anchor Emergency HVAC Repair was extremely competent and professional. They not only resolved the problem, but they also covered his shoes with paper booties as soon as he entered the house to prevent him from bringing in dirt. We were happy to sign up for maintenance contract for our furnace and air conditioner. I strongly recommend this company!

I had the utmost delight in speaking over the phone with the proprietor. I had no trouble scheduling an appointment with her; excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, but SHE IS IT. She was wonderful. She told me the technician would be as kind and informed, and he was. I apologize; I forgot his name.) He helped me get back on track.
