Quickly fixed an old outlet that was wired wrong. Took less than 30 minutes and I can now use my outside light!

Jeff did an excellent job of cleaning up a really untidy service box situation and was successful at troubleshooting and resolving a difficult wiring issue. He was courteous and was quite easy to work with.
