Working with Albert and anchor down vacation rentals was very pleasant and easy. I had a small problem with my credit card and Albert was very patient while he waited and I reserve resolved it via another phone and then we completed our transaction. Highly recommend anchor downs rentals. Our receipts for the transaction came through immediately on my email site. I would recommend working with anchor down vacation rentals to anyone that asks.

We had a very nice condo at Villas by the Sea 4, however, our experience with Anchor Down Real Estate & Rentals took away from our overall experience. Upon checking in, we learned of a chemical imbalance in the pool of some sort from other guests. We called the property manager to confirm and after nearly 2 hours of waiting for a call back, I called the emergency line to see if this was accurate. Had it not been communicated to us by other guests at the property, this could have been a health risk for our children. The locat... read more

Couldn’t be happier with reservation process and service provided by Albert at Anchor Down. We are excited to return to AMI and stay at Sweet Home Anna Maria property again.
