No hot water after day 2, the apartment was disgusting with cockroaches, dirty bedding(supposed to be white bedding but showed brown), the mattress has metal springs protruding out of the side, I had to take my time from my vacation that I paid over $2,000 for flight and stay to clean this place on my own when it should have been taken care of before anyone was there. We were so excited to stay at this new home and to use the pool and jacuzzi and it was a really windy weekend and we wanted to enjoy the jacuzzi but it wouldn’t warm up. it was cold cold cold and I contacted the anchor down people and same response each time and they never did anything about it. Then we wanted to all hang out on the couches to watch movies and the couch was disgustingly full of who knows what kinda stains so we needed to put covers over them to sit. Working with Albert and anchor down vacation rentals was very pleasant and easy. I had a small problem with my credit card and Albert was very patient while he waited and I reserve resolved it via another phone and then we completed our transaction. Highly recommend anchor downs rentals. Our receipts for the transaction came through immediately on my email site. I would recommend working with anchor down vacation rentals to anyone that asks.

We had a very nice condo at Villas by the Sea 4, however, our experience with Anchor Down Real Estate & Rentals took away from our overall experience. Upon checking in, we learned of a chemical imbalance in the pool of some sort from other guests. We called the property manager to confirm and after nearly 2 hours of waiting for a call back, I called the emergency line to see if this was accurate.
