We reserved “Cortez Chic” for 4 nights. The house had a distinct smell similar to cat urine-possibly mold and sent me and my three kids under 5 into respiratory distress the first night. We had to sleep in the garage theater room as it was the only breathable air. We left after one night and were told the house smelled clean and I was just sensitive to smells due to being pregnant.
