Albert has been more than accommodating. I had many requests, many mistakes on my part, and perhaps a bit meticulous. Albert had no problem helping me with every request. We're currently in the process of arranging another stay with Anchor Down Rentals because of their customer service and being understanding of what our specific needs were! Can't say enough good things!
The location is great,more than great is excellent. Specifically after a bad situation our and the Anchor Down representative's Albert help us out to find a real solution to us. Me and family are really grateful of what he did because he save our vacation time big. It was a blessing to have somebody to understand a bad situation and make the possible to transform everything around in a good experience.
