Owners love to wash their hands of any responsibility by pulling the "we don't speak good English" card. Absolutely bare minimum service with not a care in the world for your situation, health or safety. Had my bike stolen from the underground carpark and only after repeated attempts to converse with them did they bother to check the cameras - after which they said they couldn't do anything.

*WARNING A USED NEEDLE WAS FOUND* As we unpacked my baby found a dirty needle and put in his mouth, they refused accountability and decided to say they didn’t speak much English, emergency dr visit and my baby had to endure blood tests and stress of the outcome. The ppl at the hotel didn’t care at all and lost a holiday and complete distress for our daughters birthday trip. Just don’t go here! It’s unsafe, unhygienic and needs a good shake down! Good night, sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite (they do).
Worst and dirtiest place i have ever stayed. Cockroachs everywere. Run down and not stinks. Avoid this place not worth it. Furniture looks like got from the dump. See attached some fotos
