Our garage door motor failed just after we parked the car yesterday late afternoon. Sigh. Things always seem to happen after working hours! However, the answering service an Anchor Doors (we are returning customers) was efficient, professional and helpful. We arranged for a call out the next day (today). At 7:58am (gulp, early for us!!) Had our 40+ years old garage door opener replaced by Noah and Hunter. They were very professional and focused on their work, very patient with seniors, clear in explanation and made certain we understood how the new opener works. Our second encounter with Anchor. Our garage door was replaced by Anchor some time ago - a quality product. Highly recommend Anchor.
My sister had an issue with her garage door not opening when pressing button from wall mount inside the garage. Called Anchor after hours. Anchor suggested waiting till next day so wouldn't be charged double for call out. Said they had a couple ideas what it could be. They arrived the next day and simply unplugged and plugged back in the opener and this fixed the issue. Cost $150.00. We called Anchor Doors after hours, because the garage door got damaged, due to an accident. Robert came out with in an hour, and assured us it was not as bad as we thought. He was patient, honest and understanding. He listened to our concerns & quickly fix the door. His attention to detail was remarkable. I highly recommend Anchor Doors, their customer service is amazing.
I called Anchor & Door about a double car garage door that stopped working. The scope of work included, but not limited to, replacement of old broken tensioner spring with new dual springs and additional parts, lubrication, fine adjustment. A few hours afer job completion, I have noticed a minor concern, and upon calling the office, Doug L showed up the very same day and issue was addressed in due time.
