I was pretty intimidated to try CrossFit at first, but this gym completely changed that for me. From day one, the coaches were welcoming, encouraging, and just genuinely fun to be around. Brandon is amazing and very nice. He is really good at correcting forms and suggesting where to distribute weight in order to complete the current exercise. Very patient and good at explaining what to do. Overall, great experience. I look forward to future classes with him and other instructors.
