Whether you are dropping in due to travel, need to find a permanent new box, or you are curious about CrossFit in general this is the place to be. I couldn’t not recommend a gym more. Brandon and Marka are very knowledgeable and have the ability to work with people of varying skillsets. Additionally, they are both caring and wonderful people. The gym community if worth every penny in my opinion. :)

Been going for over a year, the owners are amazing and the members are friendly. I’m addicted. Signing up is scary but it’s been the best fitness experience of my life.

Was able to drop-in to the gym for a month and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. It’s a super spacious gym overall. The members were super friendly and the coaches were all top notch as well! Each class was well structured and I got a ton of great technical feedback while I was at the gym! Would highly recommend dropping in if you’re in town or joining if you’re a local.
