Eric fails to communicate with his customers. He doesn't answer his phone, respond to voicemails, or text messages. If he makes this right, I'll be happy to modify my review. I just want to be treated right and be dealt with honestly.
Eric came out to my property over a week ago to give me a quote. He said he was only 10 days out. That worked well for me since I am on a very tight timeline. Unfortunately, I have made multiple atempts to reach him since then and he will not answer nor will he return my phone calls.
