This business has poor responsiveness and is also dishonest with timelines. Please choose wisely when deciding where to spend your hard earned money.
Eric fails to communicate with his customers. He doesn't answer his phone, respond to voicemails, or text messages. If he makes this right, I'll be happy to modify my review. I just want to be treated right and be dealt with honestly.
Eric came out to my property over a week ago to give me a quote. He said he was only 10 days out. That worked well for me since I am on a very tight timeline. Unfortunately, I have made multiple atempts to reach him since then and he will not answer nor will he return my phone calls.
