STILL NO CALL BACK AND ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR. GLAD I WAS REFERRED HERE FOR MENTAL HEALTH HELP. not. Don’t walk RUN AWAY from this office if you get referred. They give zero shots about anyone.
I was referred over a month ago and have called multiple times with never an answer. Left voicemails with my contact info and they just never called me back. Good thing I’m not suicidal. For a mental health clinic I’m appalled. Please seek guidance and health advice elsewhere. They will make you want to pull your hair out just to speak with a receptionist to set up an appt. Which I’ve never been able to do since they never answer or call back.
I have used Dr.Jager and the Anchor team for 3+ years, and completely trust them. Running a Clinic that is truly concerned with top notch quality is difficult and hard to find, But lucky for you you've read this review... Now you Know
i like my doctor but what’s the point in having a phone at all if you never answer? i’ve been trying to reschedule an appointment all month, i call once sometimes twice a day but nobody ever answers... for a business that is trying to help my mental health this only makes it worse
