Great customer service. Fair price. Quick. My carpet was a high traffic mess. It smells fresh and looks clean.
Unfortunately, I need to leave a negative review because I know our issue won’t have a resolution. On May 29th, this company came to our house to clean a fairly large carpet in our basement, which was part of a package. We were not home at the time, and they requested that payment be issued before they started cleaning. We paid $437. They were at the house for about 40-50 minutes. Great service - great communication, friendly service, did an excellent job vacuuming and cleaning a very well loved sofa.
This is a great company! The 2 guys that came were friendly and professional. My carpets and furniture are clean and refreshed and it took them no time at all. Highly recommend! This was my review from last year and still extremely satisfied with this company again this year too.
