Dr. Adetutu Ogunmefun is excellent. She is professional, takes time to listen, and explains everything clearly so you fully understand your care. The scheduling staff are also friendly and helpful. I am giving 5 stars because of how good the doctor and front staff are. Otherwise, based on my experience with billing, this would not be a 5-star review. Everyone very professional, Dr great bedside manners, staff friendly and clean… I was skeptical over the phone, but after being there in person I was very satisfied! Truly lived the place!
The practitioners are fine. Their billing department is not. Since I need to meet a deductible, I have to pay out of pocket. I already had my card on file. They were charging me until they suddenly stopped- which made me believe I had met my deductible and my insurance was covering. Six months later, I receive a call and text from a biller named "Sam" who tells me that I have an outstanding balance and if I don't pay up, then my appointment will be cancelled.
