Great customer service
Stay away. They will refuse claims at the slightest missing detail and then attempt to pass the blame along to whoever they can. I need a copy of the original claim letter, and they are refusing to mail it to me because they "are under the impression I already have the letter". Find a company what is willing to help, not avoid doing any work.
