Anchor Barre has been so welcoming and supporting during my weight loss journey. All classes can be modified and all the members are super nice and friendly!
Love this studio, the owner who is also an instructor and her crew of instructors are awesome! The clientele are all super nice. There are woman of all ages and fitness levels. Everyone is supportive and respectful of one another. Instructors are great with providing modifications to the exercise routines for those that may need it. They encourage you to feel proud for showing up and doing your best! There are multiple classes and payment packages to choose from. If you’re reading this come give it a try!
