I have quite enjoyed renting from Anchor Apartments for the last few years! This part of Stevens Point is quiet, but also close to amenities including groceries, downtown, parks, trails, and transit. The property is well-maintained and I am impressed at the quick and effective response I've had to the few maintenance issues that have come up. My experience with Anchor Apartments was great! Living in the apartments on Franklin St. made walking to campus super easy since they're so close. Jeff is a great landlord, he is very kind and we never had an issue contacting him. If we ever needed help or had a minor problem he attended to it as quickly as possible. Our town house was great for my other 4 roommates and I, it was a very nice place and big enough for all of us!:)

I had a great experience will using Anchor apartments for the 2 years of my off campus housing. Jeff helped us find a unit that would fit our needs and the location was great with being a 3 minute walk from campus (this was closer then living in the dorms!). The place was clean and well kept. Could use a few minor updates but nothing major. Jeff would always respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner and was easy to work with. This review is a few months late, but I rented from Jeff for the 2020-2021 school year. Jeff is one of the kindest and caring landlords you will ever have! Not only did he want the best for his apartments, but also cares deeply for the tenants who reside there. I never had a problem contacting him, and when I needed help he was able to get there within a reasonable time. I lived at 1301 6th Avenue and our parking lot was always plowed and easy to access. Rented the one bedroom upstairs of a house on Division St for a year. The unit was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The unit had plenty of space for one person. This unit would be perfect for either a local college student wanting a place to themselves or someone in the workforce with a job in Stevens Point. After renting in Stevens Point and Plover for almost 10 years the Anchor Apartments landlord is the best one that I've had the pleasure of renting under. Would rent a property under Anchor Apartments again.
