I do not live local but I do use only Ancaster Village Pharmacy for all my prescription needs. Great staff and super helpful The staff also looked after my Mother when she was alive, Sally arranged to have her prescription put into blister packs making it so convenient for her and delivered it to her door. As I said, I am not local and live in Port Dover and have prescriptions also delivered to my door. As I said great knowledgeable friendly staff.

My wife and I have been using this pharmacy since it opened. Sally is the best pharmacist that we have ever had. She is pleasant, always has a smile for us, and is very knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs. I am on a number of medications for various illnesses that I have, and have a number of specialist that I am seeing. Ancaster Village Pharmacy is outstanding. The staff are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about their customers. Prescriptions are filled accurately and delivered on time. The service feels personal, not transactional, which is rare these days. A true community pharmacy that sets the standard for professional and compassionate care. Highly recommended.
