Do yourself a favor and avoid this clinic. My husband had his vasectomy 4 months ago and since then he's been experiencing a lot of pain that he didn't have before. Everything indicates that it was done poorly because his semen analysis came back positive.

Horrible experience with reception. Tried calling upward of 10 times over the course of a week, and was never able to get through or leave a voicemail; their system would say the mailbox is full and automatically hang up. They never answer the phone even when their website says they are open. Great experience, short wait to be seen, friendly staff, literally zero pain during procedure (opt for the penthrox you wont regret it). Would definitely snip again

My experience was so unpleasant that ... read more

The procedure itself was fine, Dr Shirpak is fantastic. But unless you want to spend $120 in cash on a care kit, don't bother. It's such a rip-off. Just make sure you have extra-strength ibuprofen (they give you 9 of those pills), a jockstrap for after the procedure, a moldable gel ice pack, and an extra bandaid just in case (they give you one bandaid). You can easily get all of those items for less than $40 yourself.
