We recently used Ancaster Self Storage for some locker rentals during a construction project. Dori Gallagher was great to deal with, and always prompt to answer questions or go the extra mile when our email server wouldn't let our payment receipts through. I would not hesitate to use their services again the next time we need storage!

My company has rented units in Ancaster Self Storage Inc. for years. I have found the management very understanding and cooperative. The facilities are kept in good repair and are very neat and clean. Security is taken very seriously.

I have used the Ancaster Self-Storage facilities for many years and I have always experienced excellent service. The manager at the Ancaster location (Dori Gallagher) has always responded to me quickly and professionally. She has always been personable and friendly and whenever I have a question or need something done, it is always quickly taken care up. Two thumbs up!!!!!!
