Basia was extremely judgemental and continued to encourage breastfeeding when I was clearly at the end of my journey. It was not a pleasant experience only 3 months post partum. I continued to feel like what I was doing was not good enough. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone even if it is covered under benefits. She did not make it welcoming.
I had a wonderful experience working with Basia and the team at Ancaster Pediatric and Breastfeeding clinic. Basia provided expert guidance with latch issues, supported us through weight gain concerns, and offered clear, thoughtful advice on sleep and starting solids. Her approach was compassionate, practical, and personalized to our needs. I felt truly supported throughout the process and highly recommend her to any parent seeking breastfeeding support!
Simply amazing!!, I was consulted by Basia for the lactation concerns, very warm and knowledgeable. Great Service, Professional Staff but most important knowledgeable on the care of newborns and their care.
Basia was so incredibly helpful in my breastfeeding journey with my second baby. We were dealing with a tongue tie, poor weight gain and having to pump in addition to trying to breastfeed. She made a plan to help ensure my supply remained optimal, and to ensure baby was getting enough milk to gain weight. She followed up with us several times to ensure we were both doing well and to help achieve a healthy feeding goal. Thank you Basia!!
