Cutting off a customer who is inquiring about your services for the first time is an unacceptable, unprofessional practice. We asked about group transport service which was not offered, then asked about SUV service and were rudely interrupted and declined. Frank, not sure what that was about but that was very rude and your business is scratched off our list!
When travelling we will only use Frank. The service is impeccable, he is always incredibly prompt picking us up and the vehicle is beautiful and spotless. If you need a limousine definitely call Frank, you will never be disappointed because he’s the best!! Highly recommend!

Frank was a gentleman to deal with. Arrived a few minutes early and was right on time to pick me up at Pearson right after my trip. Very friendly. Comfortable Town Car and first class service. Great value for money. I won’t use any other service now.
