My partner and I had a disappointing experience with my wedding band at Ancaster Jewellers while working with Russell. The custom band was very simple, and there was already an identical band in the store to use as a reference. Russell also requested that I leave my engagement ring so the wedding band could be made to match it exactly and ensure the sizing was identical. I have gone to Ancaster Jewellers regularly for repairs and battery replacement. I recently went there for a battery replacement and to have them repair my rosary necklace. I received a call the next day saying that my necklace had been repaired and since they didn’t need the Jeweller to repair it there would be no charge. They couldn’t have easily charged me the estimated fee and no one would be the wiser. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this store. Britts was fantastic, answered all our questions and was fantastic to deal with, got a great deal on a necklace and ring (engagement), asked for a quick resizing and they had it completed in several days! Awesome customer service. They're moving so they have great sales on now. Will be back.
