Went in to get an estimate on a piece of jewelry because they advertise they are fair. The estimate was “fair” but what they don’t tell you is the man doing the estimate is miserable and rude. No appreciative comment for dropping in or even a fake smile; just an expression that says you bothered his day and messed up his equilibrium.
