Went in thinking I would have to buy a new chain but I was told it could be repaired. They have looked after a lot of repairs for me over the last few years and it's always excellent service.
JP had lots of time to walk me through a new watch purchase - very knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for. The result is a beautiful new watch that I am extremely happy to own.
