Was here for eyebrow threading but she started waxing and ended up ruining my brows. They were visibly not even but she wasn’t ready to accept it at all. Wouldn’t come back here again.

I booked an appointment, but when I arrived, they hadn’t written it down. Instead of owning the mistake, I was made to feel like I was the problem. They squeezed me in at the end, but the service was rushed and clearly done in a hurry. This is not how clients should be treated. I left without leaving a tip, and I won’t be going back.
