Well cared for and incredibly helpful staff
I’m very disappointed with the service at Ancaster Eye Clinic. I brought in my existing frames to have new lenses put in, and after inspecting them at the clinic, the frames broke. After addressing the issue, I was told they wouldn't replace or take responsibility for the damage—even though the frames were clearly compromised during the lens replacement process. I expected more accountability and care from a professional clinic. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.

Always professional and helpful Great doctors and staff
Had an amazing experience at Ancaster Eye Clinic. The optometrist was absolutely fantastic with our kids, incredibly patient, kind, and made the entire process fun and engaging. My 4-year-old’s very first eye exam turned into a memorable and positive experience, and my 9-year-old enjoyed it just as much. Even I had a great time and felt well taken care of. I can't recommend this place enough for families — truly top-notch care and a wonderful team!
