I came in for a pair of glasses and was so impressed by the personability and knowledge of all the opticians. They also had excellent selection.
Wow! The Ancaster eye clinic is simply the best around the Hamilton/Ancaster area. Dr. Hill was extremely knowledgeable and Justin was very helpful in helping me pick out a frame and educating me on the task specific lenses for my computer work. Highly recommend!!
I was referred to Dr. Hill by Leane who works here. I've had migraines since I was a teenager, and they've been getting worse lately. Dr Hill got me set up with some anti-fatigue lenses with a bluelight filter coating, for long hours looking at my work screens, and Leane helped me find a great pair of frames. I get tonnes of compliments on them, and I my migraines have been significantly reduced, which has made a world of difference. Thanks team!
Last 2 visits were quite disappointing. I had what I thought was an eye infection. My pharmacist recommended seeing my eye doc. I showed up, explained the issue, show them too, the response, loud enough so rest of patients in waiting area could hear... "we're very busy and we're not a walk in clinic, it would be appreciated if you made an appointment" I then said, "oh, ok, we're doing it this way" I raised my voice "I know you're not a walk-in, I'm a patient here, Dr. K. I had an amazing experience at Ancaster Eye Clinic! Justin assisted with helping me find new glasses as well as adjusted my current ones to better fit my face. Justin went above and beyond with his service and I will certainly be returning soon!
