Although one attends the Ancaster Endoscopy Clinic for a scope at one end or the other, I must say the entire experience was very pleasant! Beginning with a smile and friendly hello at the front desk, the calm and friendly atmosphere continued throughout! The aides, prep fellow and the docs were in good humour, kabitzing (?) and generally making me feel very comfortable. I would come back and highly recommend this clinic to anyone, hands down!
I'm a big guy with ADHD, I always get nervous around doctors. The staff and doctors went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and any concerns were discussed, I'll see you in 3 years! Just my opinion but it's worth telling others about!
