I had my first appointment with Ancaster Dental yesterday and was extremely impressed by the professionalism and warm welcome from everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with from the time I stepped in the door. My assistant Vy was so kind and welcoming and was very attentive in making sure that I was comfortable.. Did not have a great experience. The dental assistant Vy was very unprofessional. I felt rushed and was not offered a blanket during a longer procedure. There was a lack of communication on her part and overall bad bedside manner. Too much chit chat between her and other staff in the hallway. Service has gone down hill.
Dr Kubra is very rough with the metal rings she placed in my mouth. my gums were damaged and bleeding for several days and I dont think she has a lot of experience. I will not be coming back. There is always new staff and seems to be more of a training facility which also makes me uncomfortable.
Always very professional, prompt. Dr. Hambly is an excellent dentist.
All staff are absolutely fantastic! They are kind, patient and always do a great job! Best experience with dentists that I have ever had.
