I had a great deal of difficulty reaching the office via telephone. I left multiple voicemails, including a callback number and never once received that call back. I wanted to confirm that they received the messages to cancel my appointment but the person that answered the phone stated that she was the one that checked the messages and that they had not received one. so very disappointed overall.
Exceptional specialist
What a great team at Ancaster Cardiology! The front staff were friendly and helpful and the stress test technician and echo technician were wonderful! Both ladies helped to put me at ease and guided me through the process of having the tests done. Finally, my results appointment with Dr. D'entremont went very well. I appreciated his humour and the fact that he was quite thorough and asked a lot of questions. They all made me feel very well taken care of, so thank you!
Front staff and the tech for the stress test (Ricco I believe) were really nice, informative and helpful
From the front staff to the doctor's was a professional, friendly experience. They took care of my husband and addressed all concerns. Dr. Ribas has taken great care of my dad and continues to do so. Would highly recommend
