I was recently referred here for further testing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff were absolutely lovely and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I’ve been to another heart specialist where you feel like you’re on an assembly line—just another number. This was completely different. Definitely worth the drive to Ancaster 🙂

Zero bedside manner. Unpleasant, confusing and frankly scary first experience.
I had a great deal of difficulty reaching the office via telephone. I left multiple voicemails, including a callback number and never once received that call back. I wanted to confirm that they received the messages to cancel my appointment but the person that answered the phone stated that she was the one that checked the messages and that they had not received one. so very disappointed overall.
