Dr. Goller is a very smart, caring and compassionate Doctor who I have been seeing for several years for hypothyroidism. She is very thorough and always makes time for me. I read one of the comments about fat shaming and nothing can be further than the truth. She has worked with me on my diet but also trying to educate me for my health. I can’t really speak about the doctor herself because I’ve only seen her once. The rest of the time, I’ve been pawned off onto an NP who really doesn’t have a lot of knowledge about issues that have come up and I’ve actually found my answers online and was able to take charge of my own health accordingly . Fortunately my case is no longer a complicated one but I miss my previous endo who retired who spent time with me, actually checked my nodules that do change from time to time and checked elbow, knee, eye reflexes. Other than having to wait a long time for the appointment, I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Goller. She was very attentive, answered every question and gave me lots of great information to ponder/research. Thank you
I tried to make an appointment here last week and the woman who answered the phone was so rude and abrupt that I ended up ending the call when she put me on hold. She told me they were booking out to mid March and I told her that was fine (I expected a long wait for an appointment) and she seemed annoyed that I wanted to continue with making an appointment. Luckily, I called another endocrinology office and was able to easily make an appointment with someone who treated me with kindness and respect.
