Other than having to wait a long time for the appointment, I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Goller. She was very attentive, answered every question and gave me lots of great information to ponder/research. Thank you
I tried to make an appointment here last week and the woman who answered the phone was so rude and abrupt that I ended up ending the call when she put me on hold. She told me they were booking out to mid March and I told her that was fine (I expected a long wait for an appointment) and she seemed annoyed that I wanted to continue with making an appointment. Luckily, I called another endocrinology office and was able to easily make an appointment with someone who treated me with kindness and respect.
If I could give less than one star I would. I went for my regular six month check in and opened up about my struggles with my weight and no matter what, not being able to lose it. She then talked down to me like a 5 year old with drawings about what I should be eating. When I told her my challenges with some of it, again being vulnerable, she told me I should just go to Whole Foods daily and buy their precooked veggies.
