Worst delivery service with no courtesy to notify if the delivery is cancelled or resheduled to another date. Customer service build for the stone age. With all these negative reviews, I would recommend to shut down the company or hand over the management to other capable companies.
Very poor service. Our instructions were to notify 30 mins prior to delivery. Driver called when he was 4 minutes away and we asked him politely to wait as we had requested to be notified 30 mins prior to allow travel time to reach the destination. He cancelled the delivery and we now have to wait another 4 weeks before we can get the delivery. Do not recommend booking ANC.
Aryan and his counterpart didn’t want to deliver a Samsung tv upstairs so left it outside for it to be stolen. Complained the minute he arrived about having to take stairs, saying all apartments in Afghanistan have lifts and that you wouldn’t find an apartment without one (having lived in a former-Soviet country in the past, I know this is a very big lie). I waited over 3 weeks for delivery and the day before delivery they rescheduled. The day of delivery the drivers tried to take off without delivering my TV and Fridge (I had to argue with them). Then they left my fridge in the garage.
Ordered washing machine from samsung ,delivery by ANC take almost a month !
