Ordered delivery from good guys. tracking was saying I’m number 5 in queue for over an hour so called the service number and spoke to JAY who was absolutely useless and very rude and said he can’t give me any updates and tracking is inaccurate. So what’s the point of having a tracking number and live tracker if it’s useless? Jay from ANC delivery very very rude.
I bought an outdoor set from Bunnings yesterday. I received confirmation of the order and that delivery would be today, by ANC Distribution. Communication was great and I was kept informed of the progress towards my delivery. When the item was delivered, the driver was courteous, professional and friendly. I was very pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of ANC.
