I've been a customer for over 10 years, but I will be leaving. My mother passed away and I tried to setup an estate account to handle her affairs, and the bank staff was less than helpful. Two visits and both times they told me my documentation wasn't sufficient and gave me conflicting information. Was trying to close my deceased sisters account. Nya had to keep asking for help. Told me I could go to any branch to claim the balance, drove 40 min, only to be told the account was closed and no balance.
